How it started
​Abby, a trained pastry chef of 14 years turned health coach.
After studying holistic nutrition and diving into how food affects our body I really became more conscious of what I was consuming.

When I struggled to find a granola without seed oils and processed sugar that tasted good, I decided to create my own. I created a simple recipe using gluten-free oats, olive oil and coconut oil, natural honey, maple syrup, and sea salt. The result is a salty-sweet granola so good you can't keep your hands outta the bag!

I believe food can taste great and be good for your body at the same time. Enjoy!
